Head of Investor Support
-
Oct 2016 - Apr 2021
The Investor Support team is split into 3 sub teams:- Client facing - these are the first point of call for Investors, IFAs and Brokers covering a range of queries and requests.- Business Support - this team assists internal and external clients including incoming and outgoing post, producing and sending statements, and scanning / indexing documents to internal systems.- Distributions - the team is responsible for the timely processing of interest and dividend payments to unit/shareholders.Within this I conduct 1-2-1's, appraisals and team meetings for all staff. I review KPI information and look at ways to improve the performance of the team, simplify tasks and streamline processes whilst ensuring all regulatory requirements are still met. This involves working with other areas of the business and external companies also.More recently I have spent time with our Investment Management teams and started to complete some additional tasks. This is alongside my day to day role and will continue over the coming months. A recent task was to create a blended ESG ratio for a fund administered by The Marlborough Group. Show less
