Named to the first Software Engineering Proceess Group, sponsored by CEO Don Beall. In the late 1980's worked closely with the Software Engineering Institute and conducted the first internal capability assessments based on the pre-CMM maturity questionaire, helping several divisions to successfully be among the first to reach Level 3, required to compete for and win commercial and defense contracts.
