Handled all aspects of business plan, facility acquisition, equipment setup, product development, and daily operations. Maintained open communication lines with all reports, including ongoing updates/status meetings to effectively plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously. Careful consideration given to all variables effected by a decision. Expedited capital projects to ensure project approvals were granted with minimal delay, and implementations were completed on or ahead of schedule. Major projects included:o 150,000 sq. ft. roof restoration project that encompassed major duct removal, new metal roofing, and fluid applied coatings.o Electrical service upgrade to provide new 3 phase, 800 amp, 480v main electrical service to multiple buildings.o Installation of 18,000 gallon propane tank on problematic property that included negotiations with neighboring businesses, local building officials and multiple propane suppliers.o Effectively relocated manufacturing process from New Jersey to Virginia.
