  Working at SSA, I started in an operational role; helping to move the business from a small, disjointed business, into a structured organisation with effectively functioning departments, structure and governance. I helped to create the framework and key hires within the company to prepare for the stage of growth and investment. Upon completion of my operational role, I desired a more “hands-on” role, and moved into a Director of Sports Programming role; a multi-faceted position with a remit of improving the standards of our football and basketball programme delivery, including; coach talent identification and acquisition, development of holistic curriculum to maximize student development, facility and equipment acquisition and operational management of over 40 coaches, international and Vietnamese.
