Over the years, since I first met Scott when we worked together in the Georgia General Assembly, I am found him to be a thoughtful, rational individual who carries with him an air of professionalism that is difficult to match. Moreover, he is a superb communicator and writer that is a valuable asset to any team he is on. While I have not worked with him much in his capactiy as the Executive Director of the Construction Education Foundation of Georgia, I am quite sure he has brought this level of professionalism and dedication to this position as he has to the rest of his life.
