I worked with Scott for over a year on dozens on projects and programs. Scott is an incredibly skilled Product Manager and organizational leader. His keen ability to work cross-functionally and disseminate information to internal and external stakeholders made him an incredibly valuable resource to work with. Scott is a fantastic communicator and is quite skilled at explaining highly technical concepts to non-technical parties in a palatable way. He is hyper-organized and is always willing to go the extra mile for co-workers in any capacity they may need. Scott is also an asset in client-facing situations, able to quickly brainstorm and solution on the fly while answering tough questions and setting realistic expectations.

I had the pleasure of working with Scott as a peer for about two years. Over that time, Scott always made himself available to collaborating and educating me on anything related to his product. When I joined, it was a tough time for employees at a company that recently acquired a competitor. Many talks about mergers and sunsetting were flying around and it was hard to plan for what was next. Scott was placed in a very tough position throughout this ordeal and was able to keep a clear direction while the dust settled on big business decisions. Ultimately, Scott did so well in the management of one website platform, his duties were expanded to include his current product and the competitor product. Scott was able to manage two website platforms with over 12,000 customers without concern. He leaned into the challenge and because of his experience and relationships he built with others, he was able to successfully plan and execute the product roadmaps. My job would have been much harder without someone like Scott to work with. His willingness to help others and solve problems is refreshing I highly recommend him to any employer and hope to work with him again in the future.
