Filling out and keeping logs of all hazards using a GasAlertQuattro four-gas detector , work with government personal to complete an authorized service interruptions (ASI) anytime a change was made to the fiber infrastructure. Use a 710 splicing tool to repair damaged copper cables, custom made cat 5 and cat 6 cables to length for commutation and data, operate a Fujikura fusion splicer to repair damaged SM/MM fiber optics. Installed Cam-Lok ends to repair damaged MM/SM fiber jumpersSite lead duties I use Microsoft word, Excel and *BMC remedy(*a government program used for tracking work orders) to run weekly and monthly status reports on all of the contracted employees to ensure that they follow all required procedures.I submit reports to the Contracting Officer's Representative. I insure all in processing paperwork is completed for all new employees. I insure required government training is taken and kept up to date. Give onsite management support for contract and job related concerns.
