  I help to ensure that the promotions of Commission Junction's network of publishers are done so within the guidelines set forth by the Publisher Service Agreement, Code of Conduct, and CJ advertiser terms and conditions. If a client is found to be in breach of any of these agreements, I collect evidence, document the violation(s), and work with him to return his promotions to compliance. Should a publisher fail to abide by these standards after rehabilitation was attempted, then punitive measures are taken.I also compile weekly, detailed reports for high profile advertisers in which the results of proprietary monitoring technology are laid out in detail and in an organized fashion. This is done so that the advertisers know exactly who in their network of publishers have been promoting in breach of their policies and how their programs have been promoted. I then work with the advertisers on recommended courses of action for dealing with non-compliant publishers.My position requires that I make use of strong, analytical skills in a field that is constantly evolving, apply contract and policy agreements to instances of suspected non-compliance, and that I communicate clearly to other departments and people about issues affecting them in a manner in which they can easily understand.
