      Whilst working at Game Retail I managed a team of around 40 people to ensure all orders placed on the companies website were shipped out correctly and to a high standard. Over November and December the team grew to over 100 people to cover our peak period. This meant careful shift planning to ensure we had cover as over Black Friday weekend as the week before and the week after we went to a 24 a day operation. My biggest success whilst working with Game was running the best Black Friday weekend for the online department the company had. Show less
