There's a big difference between a "manager" and a "leader" -- with leaders being a very small subset of the vast universe of managers. Scott is very much a "leader" -- who is able to clearly define business objectives, collaborate on strategies and tactics, and lead a team to success. He has a unique ability to identify what's vital to an endeavor's success, what's not important -- and remove obstacles to ensure positive results.

Scott is a smart, no b.s., get-it-done guy. He has the amazing ability to see the big picture and cut through the large company bureaucracy. He is very creative and can see how technology plays a major role in the future of marketing and advertising. I would definitely work with Scott again.
