  I retired as the Manager of a team of proactive street level enforcement officers working as foot patrol (beat), Mountain Bike Patrol, Traffic Enforcement, Community Resource Officers and the Victoria Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team Officers. I am presently engaged at the managerial level of service providers within the Capital Regional District of Victoria to address issues of homelessness, severe addiction and general street disorder issues.
