He is so passionate about improving not only our customers' experience, but also the experience of his co-workers. I am always so appreciative and impressed with his ability to think and factor elements outside of the box. He consistently questions the whys and reasoning behind every decision which is so important in considering our long-term goals and vision. Within our team, Scott is able to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally in an efficient, transparent, and constructive way. I've worked closely with Scott for 1 year and have noticed that his vast knowledge and expertise in a wide majority of areas also extend to design and engineering. He takes pride in agile methods and incorporates consistent scrum ceremonies to enhance our workflow.
