Administrative Officer, DVA Passenger Transport Licensing Division, County Hall, Coleraine the Project team, later the Accounts team, and then the Operators Team I have been described several times as an “expert” in the CLS system that was launched during my time here. I was for quite a while, especially during the lockdowns, the sole operator of the CLS Accounts email address, which is a customer support email address the public contacts. I excelled in this position, getting frequent praise from customers and colleagues alike. During my time here I also engaged in testing of the new system and data cleansing, both serving to vastly improve my IT skills, as I learned more about what makes systems function, and what makes them break down. Further to this I volunteered with training staff on the system and protocols and worked as a member of a small team to meet deadlines and ensure all tasks were performed excellently. I am frequently called over to the “Digital Assist” team on temporary basis in order to assist with their work Show less

Voluntary Placement. Here I met my goal of aiding customers with finding work, as I was also struggling at that time. I guided customers in writing CVs, handled petty cash to provide customers with Travel Expenses, and was meticulous in my record keeping and telephony work. I quickly became a facourite of the customers as I handled each call and walk in with care, compassion, empathy, and a driver to help Voluntary Placement.
