I have known Scott Mayne for at least 15 years, During that period I worked initially with Scott as a colleague at Kimberly-Clark Professional (I was State Sales Manager Queensland, Scott was State Sales Manager Victoria/Tasmania, and then became National Account Manager, Government). Scott progressed to the role of National Sales Manager of the Adult Care Division, and later became General Manager of Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP) Australia and New Zealand. I reported directly to Scott during the two years he was General Manager. He led the sales and marketing operation for KCP across Australia and New Zealand during that time. Scott has an active and intelligent business brain. He is used to leading from the front, and and has significant experience in leading large and diverse sales teams to exceed budgets. Scott led the business through significant change. He was both collaborative and decisive, firm but fair, and very strategic in his planning and direction. He is used to working and thriving in a high pressure and competitive environment, at the same time as keeping a human touch by consistently communicating with key stakeholders.. Scott's departure from KCP was a loss for the business. I have no hesitation in recommending Scott Mayne to any potential employer.
