  Was a Floor Manager for our first global flagship store on Oxford street, London, before progressing to Senior Store Manager in 2018. The store was a brand new concept for the brand and involved business building with our community and create a Lush buzz around the world with exclusive products and extra services such as our Lush Spa. At the peak I was proud to be part of a management team with a workforce of 300 staff.As the store evolved my role changed too. Despite the retail environment becoming more challenging every year I was proud of the store increasing their sales despite declining footfall. But more importantly the customers' stories on their experiences in the store was my favourite part of the job. The dedication of customers travelling far and wide to experience Lush Oxford Street was amazing to see and taking the time to give us valuable feedback inspired us to do more. Show less
