  Consultancy role. The consultancy role is quite a broad role. My day to day activities vary wildly: - I manage the Sourcing Solutions arm of Equiniti Credit Services which includes: -  Creation and maintenance of the Lender and Broker relationships for each lender we add to Sourcing Solutions very hefty lender panel.  Looking after the customer relationships for each Sourcing Solutions customer.  Creation, maintenance and testing of configuration for each lender and the system as a whole.  Assist in the design and full integration testing of new bug fixes and releases.  Management of the release process and environments. In addition, I also support the Helpdesk team with analysis and fixing of our Core software bugs and configuration issues. And I perform both internal and external training on Equinity Credit Services systems.   This role was originally as a Mortgage Broker. In 2008 I moved to head office at Crossflatts to work with the Technical Team, whose role was to support other mortgage brokers placing specialist and difficult cases. In addition to this we managed the reprice process of Bradford & Bingley & Mortgage Express. To perform this role I had to re-design the internal and external rate cards working heavily with the compliance team. In addition, we also looked after the Mortgage Sourcing systems like Trigold and Mortgage Brain and I was instrumental in getting this right and expanding our presence and listings in a number of ways.
