  I manage our Supply Chain, areas of responsibility include managing Customer Service, Planning (production, maintenance & tool room), Purchasing and Shipping/Receiving.   I am responsible for the negotiations of all pricing, contracts, lead times & quality expectations as well as purchasing over 3 million lbs (approximately 36 million lbs annually) of slit coil products every month ranging from stainless steel to carbon steel. I am responsible for the purchase of large amounts of copper, brass & aluminum coil also, many of these products find their way into the automotive industry. I am also responsible for finding new suppliers as well as developing existing suppliers and working with our outside processing suppliers such as heat treating suppliers, plating suppliers, machinists and welding companies.
