Administrate Northark Technical Center (NTC) in accordance with Arkansas Department of Career Education (ACE), Arkansas Department of Higher Education (ADHE), and the Office of Skills Development (OSD) Policy directives -- Manage NTC budget in accordance with North Arkansas College (Northark) and ACE fiscal policies -- Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with NTC stakeholders -- Assist Northark Dean with accurate Academic Program Assessment records, compliance with ADHE, ACE, OSD, and accreditation requirements for each of the technical programs -- Facilitate close coordination between Northark and NTC -- Market, promote, and recruit NTC programs -- Assist faculty in modernizing existing and developing new curricula in response to the rapidly changing technical environment -- Actively support student organizations (SkillsUSA) and other outreach programs -- Ensure compliance with Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) and ACE policies for instructors of secondary students – Provide staffing, supervising, and development of an academic team for the technical programs. Perform periodic program reviews to ensure program viability in finance, curriculum, student demand, and industry need as required by OSD and ADHE – Present Northark needs to college, federal, state and local government and community members –Work with grant teams to secure and administer over 2.75 million dollars in federal, state and community grants
