Scott Greig has been an outstanding partner to the McLean School, a K-12 private school in Potomac, Maryland. As the Director of Development, I have worked closely with Scott on a number of creative design projects. We first worked with Scott to create the logo for our $6M Capital Campaign, Envision McLean. Then for several years in a row, Scott designed all of the collateral materials for our annual Auction including the auction logo, design layout, brochures, posters, web emails and other communication pieces. Scott is easy and fun to work with; his personality comes through in the creativity of his work; however, I also found him to be very grounded in execution. Scott is highly communicative, thoughtful, and strategic. Scott is also a great listener; so often he would nail the first round of creative; but that was also because he is careful to first understand the strategic imperatives of a project. Other times we would change direction and he would have to go back to the drawing board. At these times, I began to see the extent to which Scott is patient, professional, and a real pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Scott to work with any organization. What a great partner!

I had the pleasure of working with Scott when managing our Motorsports publications. Scott managed a huge volume of pages for our publications and despite deadline pressures, late editorial and ad copy, and ever-changing page designs he was always calm and even-keeled. And he did a great job managing his staff while being an integral member of the operating unit. He could simultaneously lead the team and be its most important member. He was a great resource to me as guidance for publications outside the Motorsports unit because of both his knowledge and his bandwidth for taking on extra tasks without missing a beat.
