Operations Manager
-
Jan 2019 - Nov 2019
I was hired on as Construction Manager for this quickly expanding environmental firm specializing in radon gas mitigation and vapor intrusion in both the residential and commercial sectors. Once hired my roll evolved quickly to an Operations Management position as the organization required some restructuring. I was moved from the oversight of construction to the oversight of the entire organization including hiring/termination of employees, human relations, residential sales, commercial bidding, restructuring of personnel, and maintaining code compliance for LNI & OSHA. In the short time I was a member of the ART team I was successful in my position and proved myself as a valuable member of the organization. Show less

Specialized Excavation Estimator
-
Jul 2016 - Jun 2018
I was a proud member of Wuesthoff Excavation, Inc. specializing in civil construction surveys, project estimations, and providing bids/proposals to our clients. Our projects range from 1 day simple tasks like installing cross drains to more extensive water crossing structures such as large arch culverts and bridges. Our access road projects have varied from gate installations to constructing landings, to larger more involved projects such as constructing access roads through deep water and building expansive miles of access roads for private line utility contractors and Bonneville Power Administration. WEI is a preferred contractor for BPA with extensive expertise in building access roads in extremely environmentally and culturally sensitive areas. WEI also does work for Hancock Forestry Management building roads, installing culverts, installing bridges, brushing road sides, and removing ROW timber. In addition to access roads, WEI has worked in Sub Stations laying asphalt, working on drainage, building construction, installing gates, and much more. Show less

Recruited to build and manage the solar thermal and radiant floor division of the company. Worked closely with sales to land residential and commercial contracts. Closely intertwined with upper management reviewing P & L statements, company financials, and sharing company vision while building and maintaining a large database of customers, vendors, and sub-contractors. Managed small crews and all of operations for my division, including; scheduling manpower and coordinating equipment delivery, inventory management, customer management, sales, site survey and proposal bidding, design and engineering, project management and installation, and coordination of State and Federal tax credits and incentive packages.
