  Responsibilities:• Line manage & develop 7 members of a Premises Team to ensure the effective running of the College estate at all times• Act as the Health & Safety lead for all aspects of site compliance within the College, ensuring compliance by means of site visits, audits, staff training & process change• Ensure the building stock of the 20-acre estate are cost-effectively maintained against a priority ranked Estate Strategy• Budgetary control for all maintenance streams• Project manage building refurbishments alongside appointed contractors against a strategic capital improvement programme• Act as Site Manager for buildings works including £3m block extension and creation of a £13m Humanities block• Accident investigation; ensuring reports are completed promptly & submitted to the Health & Safety Executive if appropriate• Change management; promoting effective & efficient processes to ensure a progressive and sustainable College • Reviewing of specifications of works and quotes for reactive repairs against budgets , clarifying a service contract or service level agreement where appropriate• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders across the College to ensure effective service delivery by my Team at all levels of the Organisation
