      • Jan 2022 - Present

Specialising in Software Design - I was asked to expand my skills into this role as I had a strong understanding of our how our Franchisee businesses operate. This put me in a unique position to be able to design a software system that would work specifically for their business types. Working with the Product Owner and Project Manager we would run brainstorming workshops to debate how the system would function. Once we had decided on potential solutions I would design and prototype visuals to demonstrate how each module would work. After I had presented this back to the team we would make adjustments before I created a briefing presentation with links to the Figma files to brief our developers in India. Show less

Freelance artworking for several different companies including 4i’s Communications, Generator Bates, Maxim, Advertising Works, Deloitte and Beca Carter. Freelancing has enabled me to work on a lot of different projects and different systems, increasing my knowledge and skill base. While freelancing I have worked on financial style documents, advertising, engineering projects and corporate communications. Emperor Design is a full-service design agency mostly specialising in annual reports. The main role of my job was to work with art directors to take concepts through to print ready artwork. This involved typesetting content, prepared hi-res photography and typesetting the financials sections. Emperor Design is a full-service design agency mostly specialising in annual reports. Sheppard Industries produce and distribute Avanti, Raleigh and Specialized Bikes. I worked in the Marketing department as a Graphic Designer / Mac Operator. The job was very diverse and involved a large amount of flexibility as to the types of projects that were worked on. Tight budgets taught me to be creative with the budget we had to work with.
