      Gaucho is an upmarket (considered luxury sector) Argentine restaurant with 12 restaurants in the UK and a further 3 in the Middle East. Gaucho employs more than one thousand staff. Represented a cluster of the Gaucho restaurants situated around the City of London. First person to introduce this role, it was the first ever Marketing & Events Manager for Gaucho, following my departure now each restaurant has their own Marketing & Events Manager. For this role I utilised events, marketing, guest relations and the Opentable software system to maximise covers with the aim of 10% increase over the previous year’s actuals. Also responsible for training all new marketing and events managers who entered the company.

Clients included New Zealand Fashion Week, Bombay Sapphire Gin and Auckland Racing Club. Responsibilities included media monitoring, event management, press release drafting, media liaison and creating schedules (NZ Fashion Week).
