I first met Scott when we were setting up Promise Gluten Free Bakery. We were just a startup but had big ambitions for export. We needed somebody to guide us through the intricacies of international logistics and customs requirements in new markets. Even as a tiny customer, Scott was always there for us. He provided the transport expertise, leaving us to focus on other parts of our business. When Scott moved on in his career, we moved our logistics business with him. Our business went on to become a sizeable player internationally and Scott was key in helping us achieve that - we always looked to Scott as being an extension of our own team.
