I have known Scott for over 10 years. I was part of a larger group developing a GIS system at one organization, and was the lead person promoting the development of a utility GIS system from nothing at another organization. Scott has extensive expertise and always is able to calmly and professionally solve problems, communicate, build applications, and offer other recommendations and beneficial solutions.

My experience working with Scott on GIS projects was that he was very responsive to our municipal needs. He is an excellent communicator and easy to work with. He has the ability to clearly identify issues for GIS users and effectively develop appropriate solutions.

Professional portraits on location or in studio, fine-art landscape, travel and event photography are just a few of the disciplines I have experience in. I started my passion with photography as a teenager and have been developing my skills and building my collection of professional gear and studio equipment ever since. Contact me if you have a professional photography need. I began work at R/M as a civil drafter (pen and ink) creating plans & profiles for utility and road construction. This quickly migrated to drafting in AutoCAD. I was instrumental in developing the company's CAD standards in layer & file naming, symbology and layout. In 1999 I transitioned to the GIS team creating web based interactive GIS mapping applications for municipalities. This involved programming in Classic ASP, JavaScript and HTML with a healthy dose of SQL database design & administration. In 2010 application development migrated to ASP.Net with Visual Basic code behind.I am proficient in many technologies including: Visual Studio, BitBucket source code control, SQL Enterprise database design and administration, data conversion & scrubbing/normalizing, ASP.Net HTML, JavaScript & Vb Script, DAL. Additional experience in AutoCAD, ESRI ArcGIS, ArcMap, ArcCatalog, ArcServer and Geocortex & workflows. My focus was on municipal utility asset management using an interactive web based map and custom ASP.Net tools. This required a deep knowledge of Sanitary Sewer, Water Distribution, Storm Water management, Urban Forestry, Traffic Signage, Cemetery records, Property Division and Property Assessments. As a project manager, I developed scope of services and cost estimates and handled client communication, quality assurance and invoicing.I presented in front of large and small groups of people at user conferences and trade shows as well as one-on-one with clientele.
