I have worked for the Fleet ballistic Missile (FBM) as the Master Planner providing guidance and training to a team of 32 program planners supporting over 52 project schedules driving execution to the success of a multi-billion dollar contract. In addition to managing a program planning team I have provided my expertise in 6 proposals for Lockheed Martin Space Systems, 3 of which were successfully contracted and 3 in progress. I have experienced FBM missile product programs and have also lead multibillion satellite programs from start up to launch. Lockheed Martin duties include delivering 8 CDRLs monthly, 3 Risk+ CDRLs quarterly, generate & provide IMS reporting metrics to provide visibility and accountability. I have participated in many Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), Pre-proposal review teams, and internal surveillance reviews. My extensive experience includes the creation, baseline management controls, and closeout of EVM Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for projects to align with the corporate mission strategies. My experience covers a spectrum from small fabrication schedules of below $400K value to program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and detailed supplemental schedule supporting valued above $2 billion. While in Special Programs (SP) I participated in developing schedules winning 3 proposals surpassing all stakeholders’ requirements. My most enjoyable planning experiences were for the past 6 years supporting the Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations (ATLO). The most common planning tool I am considered an expert in but not limited to be Microsoft Project 2013 Standard & Real Time Projects (RTP). I am also familiar with Primavera, Risk+, Fast Track 9, and EPDM. I have received more than 12 service awards from my customer, executive management, and fellow colleagues. Certifications include CAM and Six Sigma Black Belt. Show less
