I helped open a new restaurant in the summer of 2019. It was a different experience, having to work through teething problems as a new group where everyone had to be a leader within a team. Where everyone was trying to imprint their own style and ideas. The restaurant was a hit and I learned things like keeping cool in hard situations and working with limited resources whilst having quick reactions and creative problem solving. I also had to deal with the money made an make sure that this coincides with the stock that has been sold so then we do not lose any money or over charge the clients by accident, then come the end of the event I had to organize an be part of an break down team to clean the area an turn the space round ready for the next event.
