Bio
Mary Pilotte
Scott was one of a small handful of "pioneers" who excitedly took on the challenge to be part of an entrepreneurial and change driven business unit we were a part of forming. Not everyone can survive such a "wild west experience", let alone thrive - but Conner did. He took on each day as a personal mission to ferret out problems and innovate quick solutions, all the while keeping a strategic eye on cost management, customer relations, and overall impact to business process protocol. Scott was the kind of team member that grounded others in times of chaos, appropriately questioned status quo with logic and data, and when the chips were down - was one that could ALWAYS be counted on without a hint of concern. He was my rock. If I were running another operation, I would want him to run it with me. If I were turning over a business - I would without a glimmer of doubt hand over the keys.
