One of the sharpest, talented and gifted attorneys I will ever know. Scott is the premiere go to attorney in the B2B commercial credit world. His knowledge, court room presence, and understanding in all matters of bankruptcy and commercial credit law are second to none and are most favorable to his clients. Commercial trade credit professionals know of Scott and his talents and rely on him in every aspect of the issues that impact their jobs and operations; from designing and implementing an effective credit application, to understanding how to deal with a bankruptcy notification. I have been in commercial trade credit for over 35 years and have met some of the best and intelligent attorneys in the arena of commercial trade credit; none of them stack up to the abilities, experience and qualifications as Scott.

Over the course of many years, the knowledge that I have gained from Scott's seminars and webinars has been of enormous value to me. Although I'd rather not just pick one thing, basically everything I know about escheat and unclaimed property has come from Scott. But I have likewise gained a great deal from him on preferences, the Visa/Mastercard settlement, and too many other issues to mention. I heartily recommend Scott!
