Scott is a pleasure to work with. He is willing to pick up absolutely anything available to learn and become better at his job. When he started working with me he was doing some SQL and handling customer support tickets. In his 9 months at Plink he added building admin features, learning ruby on rails, qa and build process, being the liason between tech and customer support, and managed to do all of above expectations. Scott will take whatever is thrown at him, and do it with a smile on his face. Although quiet, he always understands exactly what's going on. He started picking up Ruby on Rails faster then any other developer I've seen. His SQL skills are awesome, and his rails will get there very quickly with the right mentor. Scott will pick up any ball and run with it, while constantly exceeding expectations.

He was able to take complicated technical problems and create solutions that the rest of the company could understand and implement.
