After an extensive VP Sales Search to head up our new LevelUp Gaming Accessory Division, we hired Scott. Scott joined LevelUp with the Passion, Energy, Strategy and Drive to win. From Day one, Scott made an immediate impact on the organization - He assessed our current go to market strategy and marketing materials, provided strategic direction to the Graphics, Pricing, Marketing and Account Management Teams to systematically go to Market. Scott proclaimed proudly during his interview that his office is the Customers Meeting Room - and he lived up to that statement - he hired a US and International Rep Network - experienced professionals who know how to get meetings, put together his pitch and went to work. Within 9 months we secured NEW business at Best Buy, Toys R Us, Gamestop, Kohls, Bed Bath & Beyond, D&H, and Sams Club and several more. Our CES booth was full of appointments. Scott knows how to open doors and drive revenue, while being mindful of margins and the presentation of the Brand. His experience as an Entrepreneur with P&L responsibility was something I appreciated - he is mindful of budgets and expenses, while communicating internally where money needed to be budgeted to drive overall program success. I travelled often with Scott, he is memorable, professional, and kind. His energy is infectious, and his road warrior travel habits are ones I have integrated into my business travel. Working out, Eating Healthy, and simply being a mentor and real person to co-workers, vendors and customers is something he brings to the table that is fun to watch and be a part of. Scott is a Sales Exec who makes things happen.

Scott is, hands-down, the finest sales executive I have ever worked with. He didn't just take our company to the next level, he took it to the next 3 levels. He is a dynamic leader, a meticulous planner, and a consummate professional. Scott came to Destineer with an ambitious plan. he was able to coordinate with all parts of the business (development, manufacturing, operations) to make sure that his plan was executed to perfection. He simply exceeded all expectations. I've met very few people who can rival Scott's talent and enthusiasm. He is not only a great team player, but a great team leader. There is no one I would recommend more highly than Scott.
