    • CAD Programmer
      • Sep 2011 - Oct 2012

I worked for over a year as a part time employee doing CAD programming for the flat bed laser cutting equipment. Engineering companies and other customers would send in orders which I would program into SigmaNest which involved adding lead-ins and lead-outs for the laser, quantities, part database entry and customer relations. It was also common for a company to send in a hard copy or a sample order which would need to be measured, then drawn using CAD and finally programmed. I gained invaluable experience in areas such as customer communication, CAD programming and engineering drawings.
