I had the pleasure of working with Scott on 2 projects at Ellie Mae. Two qualities come to mind when I think of Scott: Leadership and Communication. Our team looked up to Scott to solve problems on release milestones/schedules and agile process. He is my go-to when I am blocked on a given task. He has the ability to track down the team member and resolve an issue on the spot. A clear and concise communicator, Scott can make a complicated release plan sounds simple.
