I have had the pleasure of working with Scot at Switched on Media for the past year. Scot is a brilliant agency director and a seriously nice guy! I have really benefited from his mentor-ship in areas of leadership skills, revenue management and building long-lasting client relationships. Scot really cares about people - especially his staff. He always makes time to listen and to proactively ask people what's on their mind. His straight-talking approach is frank, respectful and enormously helpful to the professional development of those he manages. This honest approach to business also serves to enhance and future-proof client engagements. Scot and Andy should be really proud of the leading digital agency they have created.
