A big project for an even bigger contractor: Maersk. We were creating cross-platform application(mobile+web). The domain's key problem to solve was management for global purposes. The team was very diverse and spread around the world. You can imagine all the different things we had to share. Due to complexity, I was assigned to one specific part of the application related to processing data. But not every story is filled with successes only. Frankly speaking, I perceive this project as my failure. Why? I feel like I completely missed their company's culture and values, especially at the very beginning. Eventually I received my feedback. I need to admit - absolutely unexpected. The one and only thing I could do, was taking responsibility for me and things I could change. So I did. I realized what they really wanted and improved my flow. Though and valuable experience anyway. The final lesson to learn- be transparent and be agile. Both of you! Show less

I teamed up with the DroidsOnRoids. The project I accompanied was in the evolving phase. The first version of the app, already published to the Appstore, was redesigned and repurposed. The development process of the next release started. I quickly found myself introduced to architecture by others. Then, due to team changes, I was about to decide on what's need reimplementation.
