Defining clear operational processes, setting strategic goals, and monitoring key metrics; but mostly communicating them all to ensure efficient and timely completion of what was planned. I also work on designing strategies to ensure growth of the products and services we offer in order to provide our clients with an impecable service and memorable learning experiences. My role as Cinta-X Operations Manager is to make everybody's life easier.
