I worked with Manuel at Ephelia Resort when he was employed as Head Sommelier. I found him industrious and eager to succeed in his daily tasks/goals. His commitments for the company were obvious and didn't count his time to achieve his business targets and also please guests at the same times. Manuel is a young and motivated professional who showed a lot of dedication during his tenure at Ephelia Resort. I have no problems to recommned Manuel for similar positions.

I had the great chance to have Manuel as Head Sommelier at Le Prince Maurice ! He is definitely a very talented person who loves wines and his job and shares as much as he can with his colleagues and clients. He is a good coach for his team as well. Manuel is a very good asset in an F&B team !
