  As one of two Team Leads, I successfully managed the delivery of project milestones of the control system for the Canberra Light Rail. This system (developed by Tehnika, utilising an Agile software development methodology) included vehicle tracking, traction power control, and controls and monitors of the station infrastructure devices (PA, PID, and CCTV) for the entire alignment.In my role I was responsible for:- Implementation of professional quality software- Writing the subsystem specification and testing documentation- Tracking system implementation against the customer's formal requirements- Managing the project timeline using Gantt and burn down charts- Removing any issues blocking team members from performing their role- Mentoring and integrating seven new starters of various abilities into the team- Running FIAT, SIAT and live system tests with stakeholders- Setup and management of the tools which the team used daily (GitLab, JIRA, Jenkins and Confluence)- On call support activities- Performing my role as the quality assurance representative for the company, ensuring we received and kept an ISO9001 certification Show less
