To me, the most striking thing about Maurice is his ability to truly focus on and work towards measurable results, without needing self-recognition for these results. He is able, unlike a lot of people, to leave his ego out of the equation. Which makes him an absolute pleasure to work with. But, he will challenge you at the same time, to never lose sight of important details and the end-goal. Together with his warm personality and analytical perspective, he is able to catalyze the development of teams and organizations in a very structured and attentive way. One thing is certain; Maurice is very determined and will not stop until the the team goals are reached!
