Launched Ethernet in 20 of 25 top U.S. markets and expanded footprint with Ethernet over HFC (hybrid fiber coax). I assessed the competitive landscape and created internet speed tiers, pricing and packaging with SaaS services to enable Comcast to win share as a new industry player. I developed product requirements and launched next generation DOCSIS 3.0 broadband speeds, as well as requirements to add private and public Wi-Fi capabilities. To expand Comcast’s reach up-market, I launched Comcast’s Ethernet portfolio to mid and larger businesses, as well as cell backhaul for wireless carriers. As a Director on the Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF) board of directors, I helped drive strategic priorities of the global Ethernet standards body and assure the cable industry was represented and engaged.
