I worked full-time during the summer months and part-time during the schooling season and couldn't be more grateful for managements flexibility with my regularly changing availability during these times. Even after starting my full-time career at Steffes Group, I worked part-time on the weekends for a while until officially calling it quits in October of 2021. I grew exponentially as a young professional in the workforce and learned how to handle various situations with patience, critical thinking, and personal accountability.
