Find. Qualify. Hire. Based on customer feedback, I launched and lead a new product line at Fountain focused on how to better convert job seekers to applicants to hires. Through the Select product offering, customers saw interview show rates increase by 5X and offer rates increase by 3X+. This product was launched in less than 60 days and had 7 new customers in the first quarter of operation.
