  I manage the development-teams (internal and external) delivering software for petrol-station sites; teller-systems, payment terminals, POS-devices and site-manager. This involves (daily) meetings with the teams to document a technical and functional analysis to align the client’s wishes with what’s possible, briefing our hardware-, development- and operational teams, and guarding the scope, budget and timings using daily and weekly (standup-)meetings. I've introduced an agile method of developing and releasing of our multiple software-solutions. Together with the development team I set up an environment so that the sources, development processes and (scheduled) automated releases/rollout were streamlined. I setup and maintain the Atlassian JIRA and Confluence installations and user-management, and oversee both platforms are used correct. I make sure the correct tickets are made in JIRA, and are going through the correct workflow-steps. During daily and weekly meetings I provide the correct updates to each ticket so that the current status is clear for everyone involved (teams, management and customer) through dashboards. I am also responsible to create and maintain AWS Insights dashboards to organize and review our daily national asset-logs (petrol-stations). Show less
