      Provided leadership and project management and control for a partnership project between Sauti Kuu Foundation, the Chamber of Skilled Crafts of Hannover (Germany) and Fachhochschule des Mittelstands (FHM) - Campus Bielefeld (Germany) which saw the establishment and accreditation of a vocational training institution at Sauti Kuu Foundation in Siaya County. Spearheaded establishment of County Disability Technical Working Groups in Kisumu and Siaya Counties which brought together partners both from Government and Civil Society Organizations to lobby and advocate for legislation and implementation of gender and disability mainstreaming into County Government operations. This contributed to the enactment of the Kisumu Disability Act and the establishment of a Disability Steering Committee.
