Performance Management ➢ Improve the Performance Management Process and System, draft performance management regulation; ➢ Introduce Daimler's performance evaluation system and tailor-make quarterly and annual performance evaluation plan; organize and implement evaluation activity and guide the evaluation work in each department; ➢ Set up the Performance Management IT System 2. Talent Development and Assessment ➢ Set up and optimize talent reserve for the management; optimize the processes of high potential development, placement, rotation and succession of management team ➢ Be responsible for new recruits development ➢ Be responsible for talent localization to facilitate the know-how transfer from expats to locals and the training of local staff ➢ Be responsible for the preparation of Two Career Path for Employee Project and the first batch of experts evaluation activity ➢ Be responsible for the operation and implementation of Assessment Center 3. Recruitment ➢ Participate in campus recruitment Major Accomplishments 1. Worked out and optimize the BBAC Performance Management Regulation 2. Successfully incorporated Daimler’s LEAD system within BBAC and set up BBAC’s performance evaluation and management system covering all blue collars and white collars as well as the company’s management; implemented the quarterly and annual performance evaluation covering more than 10000 people 3. Successfully developed and set up PMS, the IT system for performance management, based on Daimler’s LEAD IT system to digitalize the whole process of performance management from goal agreement making to results application 4. Planned and implemented talent review and established the talent reserve for company’s management through EDC meeting and other methods to realize the efficient human resources allocation 5. Successfully facilitated over 300 couples of expats and locals forming the mentorship and the knowledge transfer
