During the time as an intern I had the chance to work in the remanufacturing department. Here I could experience the building process of the Circular Economy. Not only, I understood the business model, but I also helped out by perfecting some of the production processes. In these two and a half months I had to step out continuously out of my comfort zone as I had to learn and apply lots of information from other engineering fields then Computer Science, like Mechanical and Electrical engineering. The overall experience was a very exciting as I often had the chance to analyse a process and then try to come with an IT solution which would fit the needs.

I took part as an intern into the activities of the Image Processing research department. During the time I familiarised myself with the Autonomous Driving field and the technologies used in acquiring the data regarding the environment. I had to extend an existing application in order to be able to adapt the bounding boxes of the LiDAR points annotations. In order to extend the functionalities of the existing application I used JavaScript and Python. I took part as an intern into the activities of the Image Processing research department.
