  Nearly 6 years teaching in NDT methods according to the standard EN 473 / Nordtest, known now as EN ISO 9712 / Nordtest. Primarily in Magnetic Particle Inspection, Penetrant Testing and Visual Testing at all levels from 1 to 3. Course language is normally Danish, but when requested, in English language too. Besides running courses and seminars in-house and at customer facilities, working hours are including planning, updating, and writing new educational material. In addition to teaching, marking of examination papers, and evaluation of practical exercises are parts of daily tasks. Guidelines and procedures for manual NDT testing are carried out at different levels depending on requirements and skills. Other tasks could be producing welded specimen with build-in flaws for training exercises and certification of Magnetic Particle Testing, Penetrant Testing, Hardness Testing and Visual Testing for level 1 and level 2 personnel. When requested, advanced NDT methods such as leak test, in form of Helium detection and Airborne ultrasound are performed at customers facilities. Meetings with customers due to specific challenges in their facilities, to offer consulting in finding the right solutions. Visiting other NDT schools, participating in NDT courses abroad national border, gives experience of how other teachers perform and how educations similar to ours are carried out. Writing leak test articles to technical magazine published in welding and NDT line of business. Welding consultancy for customers abroad Denmark, Latest in Singapore for a limited time period of 3 weeks, assessment for issues as welding, boroscope testing, documentation etc. Trouble shooting at customers workshops when requirements of equipment, specimen or specification are not fulfilled.
