  I joined the merchant panel team of Chilivery as the head of the team when Reyhoon and Chilivery got merged.Merchant panel is an administration panel for businesses that collaborates with Chilivery. Using the panel, business owners can manage their sales, menus, coverage regions and other related operations. It also eases the communication between Chilivery support team and the businesses.The merchant team had totally of 7 members; 1 product manager, 1 product designer, 1 backend developer, and 4 frontend developers.I started my work as the product manager by creating a backlog for the first phase of the project.The first version was initially released for several selected businesses after 4 months. The finalized version was also introduced after 2 months to all the businesses' collaboration with Chilivery.The goal of the team was to build a panel independent from other products; thus it could be used for different products of the IIVenture holding such as Chilivery and Sar-e-Miz. Besides, the project was architected in a way that its component can also be re-used in other projects using the UI-kit library published privately in the venture developed throughout the project. The library and the project is compatible with Firefox, Chrome, and Safari and its design is mobile-first.For development of the client-side technologies like React and other related libraries (e.g: React Router, Hooks, Styled Components, Redux and Saga) were used. PHP, NodeJS, Redi, MariaDB, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch were also used in server-side development.
