   Respond to all enquiries received from the various customer from designated territories and send them quotations in time.  Prepare Design Selection for VRV system.  Prepare FAHU & AHU selection based on design temperatures & supply air flow.  Preparing quotation using EPR software and creating customer data in CRM.  Collect customer information, provide product information directly to customers.  Follow up with the customers to get the orders for quotations.  Prepare/process received enquiries from quotation till deliveries.  Maintaining inventory for partners with daily updates; price updates, inventory update, promotions, catalogues & IOMs.  Ensure the search results and product details what the customer is looking for. Improve and sort orders, filters and corresponding attributes so that customer can easily shop the page.  Improve vendor delay by working closely with partners to identify and solve for key issues  Negotiate and initiate to successfully close the orders with the clients.  Preparing project based spares list in coordination with Sales team.  Coordinate with all the relevant departments in the company to accomplish the received orders.  Arrangement of proper documents for export sales (coordination with commercial, dispatch).  Analyzing, monitoring spare parts movements for supply of regular orders.  Coordinate with finance department for credit facility up on request from potential customers.  Periodic market research on price and products required to maintain the customer.
