I know Sayantani from the day she joined at USV Ltd. she was very meticulous in planning and performs her work with perfection within the timeframe assigned. She has indepth knowledge about Immunoassay development principles which she utilizes to develop and deliver shortest time frame. I have worked with her for developing bridge ELISA to assess the Immunogenicity for therapeutic protein which was duly completed within shortest time frame. I am confident that she can independently work and deliver the results. I take this opportunity to wish her all the best for her future endeavors as she will always be an asset for any organization she works.

Sayantani has worked as a R & D scientist in the Immunogenicity and Biomarker development group since Dec 2010. She joined my lab after getting hands on experience in a Cell biology lab for a period of five months. She impressed me during the interview with her attitude to learn the unknown and demonstrated her capabilities to grasp on the pointers and develop an idea. She quickly learnt the basics of Immuno assay development, mastered the affinity and protein A purification of polyclonal antibodies, labeling of detection reagents and developed various formats of immunoassays for PK, Immunogenicity and CMC across various products including therapeutic antibodies, peptides and hormones. I am confident that she can independently design, develop and deliver immunoassays that will meet the sensitivity and selectivity required for drug development. I found that she has inquisitive mind and has appetite to learn and try new things on her own. She has impressed her colleagues by taking very risky projects and worked with determination and met the objectives in a timely manner. Her enthusiasm and eagerness to learn allowed her to accomplish lot of work in a short period of time. I am confident that with her background education, experience and the training she has gone through at Biocon, she will be able to excel in academic or in an Biopharma Industry. I wish her all the best.
